Saturday July 13th, Noon-3PM (10AM check in) at the APSU Red Barn.

- Pageant is July 13th from Noon-3PM at the APSU Red Barn/Memorial Health Building. For directions, go to the contact page.
- Check in is from 10AM-11AM the day of the pageant
- Regular Registration deadline is June 29th, 2013 by 5PM. Though, each age group has a limited number of participant slots available – first come first serve.
- Late Pageant registrations cost $75, and are taken until July 12th, 2013 at 5PM.
- Photo contest portion will run on ClarksvilleNow.com from July 1-12. The 5 photographs with the most community votes will be given to the pageant judges to make the final decision.
Baby Miss & Mr. Clarksville – Under 1 years old (Boys & Girls)
Teeny Miss Clarksville – 12-23 months (Girls)
Tiny Miss Clarksville – 24-35 months (Girls)
Tiny Mr. Clarksville – 1-2 years old (Boys)
Wee Miss & Mr. Clarksville – 3-4 years old (Boys & Girls)
Little Miss Clarksville – 5-6 years old (Girls Only)
Young Miss Clarksville - 7-8 years old (Girls Only)
Boys and girls do not compete together. Age category is determined by the age at the time of the contest (July 13th, 2013). Age verification may be requested.
Pageant Fee (paid by June 30th, 2013): $50.00
Late Registration (between July 1-13): $75
There is no additional charge for the extra contests. All are included in the entry fee: Pageant, Grand Supreme consideration, most photogenic, best eyes, and best smile contests. Late registrations will not participate in the Most Photogenic Contest.
ATTIRE: Dressy/Formal Clothes (ONE OUTFIT ONLY)
GIRLS: Short or long dress, Party dress, Flower girl dress, Pageant dress or gown. Any type of formal wear dress.
BOYS: Dressy clothes, may have short or long pants.
We prefer very little to no makeup, and age appropriate clothing.
What do the Contestants do at the pageant?
Each age group will first come out on stage as a group, and then individually. Each contestant will come to the center of the stage. They will do a few turns and smile.
Miss & Mr. Photogenic will be determined by an online photo contest on ClarksvilleNow.com prior to the Pageant. The top 5 voted photos will be given to the panel of judges to decide the winner.
- Infant/Baby (0-4):
- In baby pageants, a parent is allowed to stand on stage behind the child. For non-walkers, the parent holds the child up for the judges to see. Judges look for:
- Award winning smile
- Natural beauty/cuteness
- Overall Appeal
- Parents may do what they can to help their infant/baby to smile for the judges/crowd.

- Toddler/Young Children (4 and up):
- They look at [a contestant’s] appearance
- Ability to stand in front of a crowd without being shy (Onstage Presence)

Whether or not a judge hands your child a tiara, the most important aspect of the pageant is to have fun! The time you and your child spend working together toward a goal will make lifelong memories!
